Arie Luyendykbocht (last corner before the main straight) → ~18° banking (32%). This is the most famous banked corner at Zandvoort. 

Hugenholtzbocht (Turn 3, a tight hairpin) → up to ~19° banking (33%). This is also heavily banked, even a touch steeper than the final corner. 

Technically, both have extreme banking, but when people talk about the “18° iconic banking”, they almost always mean Arie Luyendykbocht, because it’s the one leading onto the start/finish straight and makes the biggest impact in racing.

After considering additional arguments, I’ve decided to award points for both answers.

Since they are so close and potentially misleading, I believe it’s fair to give both responses credit.
