Sebastian Vettel recorded the best time in Saturday's free practice in Belgium. Sebastian did 13 laps and his best time for a lap was 1:42.661. Second after him came Scuderia Ferrari's driver Kimi Raikkonen. The third time was recorded by Lewis Hamilton.
