Kamui Kobayashi with Sauber recorded the best time in the first free practice session for the Grand Prix of Belgium, 12-ти round of the World Championship in Formula 1. Second early this morning at  "Spa Francorchamps"  remained Pastor Maldonado with Williams . Third time recorded  Daniel Ricciardo with Toro Rosso.
